We’re officially releasing a next generation switching module for IMAporter Mobile & Basic ACS – SMR.04 – on the market in January 2020.
The upgraded version brings a number of improvements, both functional- and assembly-wise, based on the feedback from our installation partners. The new SMR.04 can be equipped with an additional LTE module for connecting the system directly to cloud management. Not only for the needs of smart homes, the module was also equipped with a 24V power supply module so it can be conveniently powered from all the power supply components of the house. Last but not least, SMR.04 will offer a redesigned printed circuit board for easier assembly and optional cable routing. For backward compatibility we have kept the external dimensions of the original version. This makes the older ACS versions very easily upgradable, e.g. to make the system online through the LTE modules.
