Your employees take what they need from the Locker according to their access rights and return the items after they finish work. Everything is stored neatly in one place – what is more, you can choose the size of the cabinet and the number of Lockers depending on what you need the cabinet for.

Smart record keeping

The cabinet comes with software that allows you to set access rights for your employees and keep a record of who has used or is using any particular item. The system can also alert you by email to non-standard situations, particularly when an item is not returned to its correct location.

Two software variants

There are two versions of the software available, a basic and an integration version – the latter will be especially appreciated by those who already own one of our systems. This is because it allows you to set up links with our K4 access control system as well as IMAporter IDcloud.

Size tailored to your needs

The system is comprised of Lockers – its building blocks, and the number and size of these will determine the design of the locker cabinet itself. We will design it so that it meets your exact needs and requirements. Upon request, it is also possible to produce the Lockers in different colors.

Identification elements on items

The stored items will be fitted with their own ID tags, thanks to which the system will safely recognize that they are in the locker cabinet or that an employee has just taken them for their shift.

Various access technologies

Your employees can obtain access to the cabinet through multiple access technologies. Our basic offer includes opening with RFID smart cards, tags, or mobile phones with both Android and iOS.

Central administration

Your employees will manage the system themselves. After the locker cabinet is installed, we will train your administrators, who will then be able to operate the system from anywhere from a laptop or tablet thanks to a remote connection to the central server.

Software extensions

Upon request, we will design your locker cabinet in such a way that the items stored in it are charged. This will then allow your employees to retrieve, for example, only the work tools whose batteries are charged the most.

How do our locker cabinets work in practice?

Your employee comes to work in the morning and opens the cabinet using the access technology of your choice (RFID smart card, tag, mobile phone, etc.). He then takes from it what he is entitled to and what you set in his access rights. The system then registers him as the holder of the item.

When he finishes work, he simply returns the item to the right place. If he fails to do so, the system will alert you about it via email notifications. In the case of an incorrectly returned item, the cabinet will alert the employee by flashing and beeping.

The cabinet thus not only serves the purpose of a centralized storage repository for items, but also allows the responsibility for items to be transferred to individual employees.

As we know from experience that every building has specific space and design requirements, we are prepared to offer individual, custom-made Lockers in addition to standard cabinets. It is a great advantage in terms of price, safety, and practicality if the system is installed in the storage cabinets during their manufacture, so that the installation is precise and concealed.

Access rights are managed from the existing system – there is no need to introduce or remove a person as their access rights are automatically revoked when they are removed from the register.

This solution is also suitable for changing room lockers as well as for storing various, not only work-related by also personal belongings of each person.

In this case, each Locker is equipped with a lock with integrated lighting that is switched on when the locker is unlocked, so that the interior space is brightly illuminated. Optionally, the locks are also equipped with a USB port for charging a tablet, phone, etc.

Each Locker series is equipped with one or more readers. When a card is used, the Locker of the respective person mechanically opens itself. To close the cabinet, you simply shut the door.

As our first step, we will determine what you need to store and how many individual Lockers the cabinet should contain. Afterwards, we will agree on the software version and choose the most suitable access technologies.

Based on the selected parameters, we will send you a price offer together with all necessary information.

Next, we will find a suitable date for the installation.

After installation, we will train your administrators so that they are able to manage the locker cabinet without our help.

If you have access to several different Lockers in one cabinet, you can select the correct one on the touchscreen. Every time a Locker is opened, the information is transmitted to our cloud where all the records are available to you – its administrator.
