On April 1st 2019, two mixed-use payment machines ‘Superkiosek’ have been made operational at the Prague 5 district office, as a simple and effective solution for the collection of administrative fees for the Office’s services.
Management of the payment machines is being done through a touch display with an intuitive client menu. Each transaction is being recorded on-line into the linked accounting system of the Prague 5 office.
Main benefits are automatic money management, eliminating the continuous replenishment of coins and banknotes at individual counters, and the prevention of receiving any counterfeited money. Naturally, the machine is also equipped with a payment terminal and a contactless card reader, so clients can choose the option of cashless payments.
