Change in Management at IMA

Following a decision by WITTE Automotive GmbH, the sole owner of IMA s.r.o., Karel Kalivoda has stepped down from his position as CEO of IMA by mutual agreement.

We would like to thank Karel Kalivoda for his many years of professionalism, dedication and contribution to IMA and its employees throughout nearly 17 years with the company.

The leadership of the company’s individual departments remains unchanged, ensuring continuity in both operations and management.

Tomáš Jindra and Jiří Bárta continue to serve as Managing Directors. Ondřej Marek, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), serves as the authorized signatory. The Sales Department is led by Michal Klega (CSO), and R&D activities continue under the leadership of Michal Kašpárek (CTO).

We look forward to our ongoing cooperation with our existing business partners, as well as to all new opportunities.

Dear business friends,

thank you for your cooperation this year.

We wish you a lot of health, happiness

and work success to the new year.

We’re looking forward to meet you in 2026

On 27–28 November 2025, our colleague from the Telematics team and a PhD student at the Faculty of Transportation Sciences, CTU in Prague, Martin Fiala, participated in the international meeting of the A-IQ Ready project held in Porto, Portugal.

IMA s.r.o. is an active partner in this EU-funded project, which aims to advance knowledge in the field of quantum technologies and their application in security-related solutions.
As part of the project partners’ presentations, we introduced our compact FMCW radar embedded system, which, thanks to its modular design, can be easily installed on vehicles that are not equipped with their own safety systems.

This solution contributes to reducing collision risks in logistics centres, minimising property damage, and enhancing the safety of personnel.
