The system records basic information about the attendance of service workers in the workplace – when, who, where and for how long, what work was done, and what were the results. Data outputs can be sent to another add-on or be easily processed in Excel. A smartphone running Android and equipped with NFC or BLE technology – or a FAMOCO intelligent terminal – may be used as a mobile employee terminal. IMAcheck Service may be deployed anywhere in the world. In places where there is no data connection, it stores the data in the internal memory, then saves it to the server once communication is restored. Using IMAcheck Service:
Employee (service technician, etc.) tap the chip located in the service facility with your terminal or telephone. This will give the system administrator clear information about who has arrived where and at which facility, or has opened the facility and started work. The Terminal allows notes to be made on service operations and photo-documentation to be created.
IMAcheck Service allows you to set the control functions for evaluating suspicious situations. This might involve, for example, starting work late, inadequate time spent on servicing, etc. Because anticipated times may be set up to carry out activities, the system can notify you if service has not begun within a specified time frame. The notification is sent out automatically. Notifications may be sent by either e-mail or SMS.
