IMAcheck Club is a mobile record system designed for operators of special interest clubs. The system records basic information about member attendance – who came and when, and how long they were there. IMAcheck Club is the perfect monitoring tool for parents of schoolchildren who attend afternoon clubs on their own. Simple recordkeeping allows parents to have an instant view of whether their child has arrived at the club location or not, or whether the child came late. A smartphone running Android and equipped with NFC or Bluetooth Low Energy technology can be used as an attendance terminal. Or as an alternative to a smartphone a FAMOCO intelligent reader, for example, may be used. IMAcheck Club can be deployed anywhere in the world or travel with the club when needed. Because of its low purchase and operating costs, it’s suitable for small clubs and large sporting centres alike.
Using IMAcheck Club:
Club members (children) tap the attendance terminal with their identification medium (pendant, sticker, card…) upon entering and leaving the club. The club leader and parents then have an overview of how many people are present and at what time they came or left. Data about comings and goings are stored securely and backed up on the internet, and may be accessed by parents and leaders using a web browser from any location at any time.
Smart notifications:
IMAcheck Club allows you to set the control functions for evaluating suspicious situations. This includes situations in which the child comes late to the club or doesn’t show up at all. If any of these exceptions occurs, the system automatically sends a notice to the parents. Notifications may be sent by either e-mail or SMS.
