IMAcheck Care is a mobile recordkeeping system designed to manage and control field workers in healthcare and social services. The system records when a nurse arrives at the patient’s location, how long the nurse stays, what medications are given to the patient and what the patient’s temperature and blood pressure were. The data is then shared to the healthcare facility’s add-on system. Each field worker is equipped with a smartphone running Android and equipped with NFC or Bluetooth Low Energy technology. Patients are given identification media, which healthcare personnel read with their mobile phones during their visit. As an alternative to a smartphone, a FAMOCO intelligent reader, for example, may be used. IMAcheck Care is an affordable system that will revolutionize the work done by healthcare and social service field workers.
Using IMAcheck Care:
Field workers make rounds seeing patients in their homes. The patient’s identification medium is tapped using a mobile phone upon entry and exit. This allows the employer and family members to see that the worker has fulfilled his or her duties, and how long the worker was with the patient. During their visit, the field worker can fill in additional information about current heath status or medications given. All data is securely stored and automatically backed up on the internet. It is then available to authorized users from any location and at any time via the web interface.
Smart notifications:
IMAcheck Care allows you to set the control functions for evaluating suspicious situations. This could entail, for example, late arrivals, atypical times of arrival or departure at the patient’s location, and so on. If any of these exceptions occurs, the system automatically sends a notice to the employer. Notifications may be sent by either e-mail or SMS.
