Using IMAcheck Attend:
The employee (or student, child, etc.) taps the attendance terminal with their identification medium (keyring, sticker, card…). The employer (headmaster, group leader, etc.) then has an overview of how many people are present and at what time they came or left. Data about comings and goings are stored securely and backed up on the internet, and are accessible using a web browser from anywhere at anytime.
Smart notifications:
IMAcheck Attend allows you to set the control functions for evaluating suspicious situations. This may be, for example, late arrivals, adding completed tasks during off-hours, or trying to enter the wrong tariff. If any of these activities occurs, the system automatically sends a notice to the employer. Notifications may be sent by either e-mail or SMS.
