IMAcheck Agro is a mobile record system designed for use in agriculture. It provides farmers with an unbiased overview of the work done by their employees and seasonal workers. The system records not only basic information about people’s attendance – when, who, where and for how long, but also what the task was and what the results were. Data output can be sent, for example, to the payroll system, and it’s easy to process in Excel. A smartphone running Android and equipped with NFC or Bluetooth Low Energy technology can be used as a sensor for employee identification media. Or as an alternative to a smartphone a FAMOCO intelligent reader, for example, may be used. Because of its low purchase and operating costs, IMAcheck Agro is suitable for small farms with a few employees in addition to large agricultural operations.
Using IMAcheck Agro:
When the employee or seasonal worker has completed a designated amount of work, he or she taps the sensor with the identification medium. This gives the employer an overview of how much work the employee has done and what compensation the employee is entitled to. The sensor is always kept by the team leader, who makes a visual check. Once recorded, performance data is securely stored and backed up on the internet. Employers also may also access the data using a web browser from anywhere at anytime.
Smart notifications:
IMAcheck Agro allows you to set the control functions for evaluating suspicious situations. This may be, for example, late arrivals, adding completed tasks during off-hours, or trying to enter the wrong tariff. If any of these activities occurs, the system automatically sends a notice to the employer. Notifications may be sent by either e-mail or SMS.
