IMA hosted the SUNRISE Project Consortium Assembly

IMA hosted the SUNRISE Project Consortium Assembly

On 26-27 June 2024, IMA hosted the SUNRISE Project Consortium Assembly in Prague. The meeting took place in the conference rooms of the partner company OKsystem, a.s.

The SUNRISE project focuses on developing strategies and technologies for a unified and resilient critical infrastructure in Europe during potential pandemics and crisis situations. The aim is to ensure greater availability, reliability and continuity of critical infrastructures, including transport, energy, water and healthcare.
The IMA is an active partner in a consortium of 41 members from across Europe and is involved in the development of the Risk-Based Access Control (RiBAC) tool, which allows existing access control systems to be extended to include factors specific to pandemics and crisis situations.

The SUNRISE project is funded by Horizon Europe under grant agreement No. 101073821.

News in IMA

Dear business friends,

thank you for your cooperation this year.

We wish you a lot of health, happiness

and work success to the new year.

We’re looking forward to meet you in 2026

On 27–28 November 2025, our colleague from the Telematics team and a PhD student at the Faculty of Transportation Sciences, CTU in Prague, Martin Fiala, participated in the international meeting of the A-IQ Ready project held in Porto, Portugal.

IMA s.r.o. is an active partner in this EU-funded project, which aims to advance knowledge in the field of quantum technologies and their application in security-related solutions.
As part of the project partners’ presentations, we introduced our compact FMCW radar embedded system, which, thanks to its modular design, can be easily installed on vehicles that are not equipped with their own safety systems.

This solution contributes to reducing collision risks in logistics centres, minimising property damage, and enhancing the safety of personnel.

At the end of September, the MOSAIC project was launched in Gdańsk with the participation of all members of the European consortium, of which IMA is a part.

Technology for safer schools

On Thursday, September 4, 2025, we will participate in the ElectroJobs 2025 conference, which connects schools, companies, and technology. The event will take place in the representative premises of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in Prague.
