Schools are attended by students and teachers, but the buildings are also open to parents and various goods/service suppliers.
Sometimes, locations designated primarily for pupils and teachers must be separated from areas open to the public in the afternoon/evening: the gym, classrooms for evening courses, etc.
At schools, our system may be used on several levels:
- an attendance system for school employees, which may be connected to personnel and wage software systems;
- attendance systems may include even pupils/students at regular study programs and students at follow-up courses or those taking part in other activities that are held at the particular school;
- you can also have control over suppliers’ employees who take care of the building maintenance or security;
- in addition, we can provide you with snack vending machines which can recognize customers’ ID; a cashless mode may be selected allowing parents to make a single payment for the refreshments and the meals consumed at the school cafeteria.
Pupils’ parents may activate a feature that notifies them of the fact their child arrived at school or left the school building. Pupils’ attendance may be interconnected with the school information system so that teachers may have missing pupils pre-filled in their electronic class registers. Should any problem occur (e.g., fire alarm), information on how many people still are in the building and who they are, is available to you.
