Data outputs can be sent to another add-on or be easily processed in Excel. Using IMAcheck Service:
Employee (service technician, etc.) tap the chip located in the service facility with your terminal or telephone. This will give the system administrator clear information about who has arrived where and at which facility, or has opened the facility and started work. The Terminal allows notes to be made on service operations and photo-documentation to be created.
Smart notifications:
IMAcheck Service allows you to set the control functions for evaluating suspicious situations. This might involve, for example, starting work late, inadequate time spent on servicing, etc. Because anticipated times may be set up to carry out activities, the system can notify you if service has not begun within a specified time frame. The notification is sent out automatically. Notifications may be sent by either e-mail or SMS.
