JIN.02 GRAPHIC TERMINAL

JIN.02 is a multi-purpose graphic terminal, designed for attendance and canteen systems and for access systems as a survey terminal. It can be also used as an optional adjustable information element.

The terminal is equipped with a large touch screen, which allows to adjust the shape and the number of keys according to system requirements and customer's needs. It is also possible to connect a standard display for A better utilization of the terminal's graphic properties.

The JIN.02 unit is a universal graphic terminal, with the option of being connected to the ETHERNET network or to RS 485.

The unit core comprises OF a microcomputer module in the DIMM connector. The module contains a built-in x86-standard microprocessor with a real-time circuit and a watchdog circuit, with a computing memory, a flash disk memory and an IDE interface for connecting an external disk. The module's disk memory can be enlarged with a Compact Flash card.

JIN 02 unit:

• It is equipped with an RAM backed-up memory with the capacity of 1 MB.
• It has galvanically separated RS 485 interface.
• It is possible to use cards with working frequency of 125 kHz or 13.6 kHz.
• The unit allows the connection of another external reader.
• The unit is fitted with two tampers that guard against any undesirable opening of the case or its theft. They are expected to be connected to an electronic security system. Alternatively they can be connected to one of the four universal galvanically separated unit inputs. It is possible to connect a signal from an external supply source, indicating an emergency status with the supply from the back-up storage cell (or an undesirable voltage drop), door contact etc. to the other inlets.
• Choice of using DR-DOS or Linux as operating system.
