AsTeRICS – FP7 project
By the July the 1st, 2010 IMA s.r.o. is replacing CEDO in the project FP7 AsTeRICS.
This e-Inclusion project is oriented on Assistive Technology Rapid Integration & Construction Set. IMA will contribute to this project by designing the core hardware and software  system + provision of couple of various add on tasks like printed circuit board for sensors, actuators and CCD vision system. IMA shall overtake the leadership of prototyping and of testing hardware/software for wireless sensor networks.

Pollux project
IMA takes part in the new European project  financed by ARTEMIS-JU.
IMA participated at kick-off meeting of the new European project POLLUX  on the March 15th-16th, 2010 at Turino, Italy.
The POLLUX project is one of the largest project financed by ARTEMIS-JU, where 32 partners will join
their efforts to research, develop and demonstrate new embedded technologies for the new generation of Electrical Cars.

Alliance Member
IMA become  ZigBee Alliance Member.
The company name was added to "Our Members" page, which is located at: http://www.zigbee.org/zigbee/About/OurMembers/tabid/191/Default.aspx.

From this  time IMA receives access to final, approved ZigBee specification(s), can attend Alliance interop events and Alliance workshops and developers conferences, use ZigBee Alliance logo, receives ZigBee Alliance marketing collateral and can access to Profile Task Groups email reflectors, teleconferences and documents.

From now we can offer IMA developed ZigBee products to our customers.

IMA has obtained a grant MPO for the development of Secure application and identity remote management in mobile phones.

This 3D face recognition system increases significantly the security of access and attendance systems.

IMA was confirmed as member of the association AENEAS (Association for European NanoElectronics Activities)

AENEAS is a non-profit industrial association established under French law, that will continue the activities of the ENIAC Platform and represent the Nanoelectronics RTD partners in the Joint Undertaking.

It will allow its members to participate in the Joint Technology Initiatives and provide the European Technology Platform with a legal backbone.

Association to AENEAS is open to all European key players in Nanoelectronics, such as large industry, Small and Medium Enterprises, research institutes, academia, and associations.

World eID 2008 conference

ZigBee
On Feb 12, 2008 IMA has accomplished development of "Modular ZigBee system for wireless communication dedicated for controlling and telemetric systems". Following, IMA is looking for partners in order to set up pilot projects and next mass production.

Project Replicator
IMA joined as a partner project Replicator, which is in the frame of EC FP7 programme and starts on 1st of March, 2008 with the duration of 5 years.
The main focus of this project is to investigate and develop novel principles of adaptation and evolution for symbiotic multi-robot organisms based on bio-inspired approaches and modern computing paradigms. Such robot organisms consist of super-large-scale swarms of robots, which can dock with each other and symbiotically share energy and computational resources within a single artificial-life-form.

R-Bay
IMA is one of the partners in the new eTEN project R-Bay, which started in August 2007.

The R-Bay project aims at establishing an online marketplace within the field of radiology, i.e. an eMarketplace for the buying and selling of imaging related eHealth services. R-Bay paves the way for the creation of an internal market for exchanging eHealth services and this will lift the sharing of healthcare resources to a new dimension within a pan-European scope.
